Shreenath Regunathan is the founder and CEO of Starlight. Drawing on a decade at Google developing data analytics, machine learning, and cloud solutions, he combines technical expertise with a commitment to economic inclusion, building technology that meets people where they are to improve financial health and engagement for low-to-moderate income communities.
George Mandis is Head of Engineering at Starlight, where he leads the team building the platform that connects credit union members to the benefits they qualify for. He has spent more than twenty years building software and leading engineering teams across startups, agencies, and mission-driven organizations, with a focus on shipping products that reach the people they're meant to serve.
Melissa Benn is Starlight's Chief of Staff, where she wears many hats spanning operations, partnerships, sales, finance, product, and adding emojis into Slack. Melissa has spent her career at mission-driven organizations; from international development firms, to foundations, to startups, committed to making the world a more equitable place.
Matthew Klahorst leads Customer Success at Starlight, where he helps credit unions, partners, and financial institutions implement the platform and connect members to the benefits ecosystem. His background spans tech, nonprofits, finance, and startups, and he brings that range to Starlight, helping customers launch and deliver real impact for the communities they serve.
