We've spent the last year building state-by-state partnerships to make benefit navigation work everywhere. Today, Starlight is live in all 50 states, including Puerto Rico and Washington DC—credit unions nationwide can now connect members to federal, state, and local benefits personalized to their zip code.
What This Means
Members can access SNAP, Medicaid, childcare assistance, rental support, utility programs, and dozens of other benefits through their credit union. The platform is tuned to each state's specific programs and eligibility rules, so members see what's actually available to them.
Millions of dollars in benefits go unclaimed every year because people don't know how to access them. Credit unions now have the infrastructure to change that.
